[rpd] Privacy breach of nomcom2015's Mailing List

Dear Noah,

The issue was discussed and resolved on the floor of the AGMM, after the
CEO briefed members that it was a configuration error, which left the
supposed private list open to anyone to subscribe.

The list logs did identify the two parties who subscribed. I am sure the
AGMM minutes will contain the revelations, confessions/admissions and
discussions that followed.

In summary, NOMCOM's slate was not affected, its activities undisrupted
and AfriNIC CEO does not want to press charges, so the issue is closed.

Best Regards ...

Sunday Folayan.
Board Chair
