There was a failure of the internal monitoring system as it did not 
catch the problem.  According to the above appropriate measures have 
been taken such as more stringent monitoring.  It looks like the 
existing monitoring is not strict or precise if the internal 
monitoring system failed.  The paragraph about how a similar incident 
will be avoided in future is not very convincing.

Is it the view of AfriNIC that its RPKI system is critical infrastructure?
