Jack,

as a co-author, I believe the proposal is moving at a normal pace. There 
is no agenda hidden. All was laid open.

I have not read any post from you before now, that says ... You need 
more time to look at, or the possibility of proposing modifications to 
certain aspects of the proposal.

I am willing to work with you to improve the proposal and let is take 
care of your worries, and so it my co-author Andrew.
