I understand that it may be difficult or else impossible for Emile 
Milandou to send an email given what you said above.  I wish him a 
prompt recovery.

It's not that Emile Milandou did anything wrong.  If there isn't 
anyone to decide the PDWG problem will remain unsolved.  Could you 
talk to Emile Milandou and see how the matter could be resolved?
