Now tell me will you still say ratio 1:5 is still an exaggeration? why will
i want to pay to use paid mobile data when i have wifi capability on my
device aside saving battery.

Ultimately there is no one shot scenario that applies to the entire
university, but the point is if you invite 50 people to a party you
definatly will not be planning 50 plates of food not even 100 OR else you
did be surprised ;)
