Good that you recognized that there is a "New Bylaws". I have not seen 
where you have thanked the Board for taking into account your complain 
in Dar Es Salam yet.

AFRINIC has not wait for a new Bylaws nor your request to always 
publish the full report of its audit and this since 2004 (even 
before becoming a formal RIR and having formal members).

I can confirm to you that we have not published only 23 page … but 
the FULL 31 pages of the report.
