[AFRINIC-rpd] filtering MD5 encrypted password

Thanks for all your inputs. 

The filtering of MD5 encrypted password has been implemented 
in our test environment and will be ready to push in production 
in few days. However this will have some impact on how mntner 
objects with MD5 password authentication mechanism will be 
updated/maintained using auto-dbm at afrinci.net. Our dev team is 
looking into it in details.

Right now about 1549 mntner objects using MD5 and 70 using 
CRYPT password will be affected. The rest of the mntners using 
PGP (70) and X509 (4) will not be affected by the changes.

More information on the implementation of this will follow soon
