Please unsolicited email to LIRs is not welcome and raises alarm. It became public issue when one uncertain target raised questions on our lists
Also daddy stories are for layer 9+. Its a risky layer as I bet there would be stories of grandpas who were barred from voting
We were looking for consensus and got it. Unfortunately it did not favor the approach
