You were in a different time zone. :-)  The archives shows it as 
dated April 18th.

Thanks for the explanation.  I don't think that the intent was to 
mislead people.  The text was not clear.  It is doubtful to get an 
exact date for the deadlines probably for reasons beyond the control 
of the PDWG chairs.

As there has been several requests, the people who sent out proposals 
after the deadline should expect that their proposal won't be on the agenda.

Late submissions can cause administrative problems as the agenda has 
to be planned.  It also affects other administrative details.  Such 
proposals could be brought to the attention of the PDWG during A.O.B. 
if there is any time left.
