I submitted a policy proposal on 5 May, 2012 at 19:22 UTC ( 
https://lists.afrinic.net/pipermail/rpd/2012/002123.html ).  I would 
be grateful if you could inform me about the waiting period to get a 
Unique identifier assigned by AfriNIC.

I am looking for the following information as input for the policy discussion:

  What are the legal/regulatory obligations of AfriNIC (Ltd) in the country of
  registration in respect to data retention?
