[AfriNIC-rpd] IPv4 trading needs global policy, says Mueller - issue for AfriNIC PDP ??

I don't know whether such a policy is in the interests of the AfriNIC region or not. I would suggest that while AfriNIC still has a significant free pool, it is probably not as I believe it would lead to incentives to monetize addresses out of the AfriNIC region more than anything else.
