[AfriNIC-rpd] Status: IPv4 Soft Landing Policy - AFPUB-2010-v4-005-draft-03

The was a Last Call on the "IPv4 Soft Landing Policy" 
(AFPUB-2010-v4-005-draft-03)  proposal on 13 May, 2011.  The Interim 
co-chairs determined that AFPUB-2010-v4-005-draft-03 did not have the 
consensus of the Policy Development Working Group.

We recommend that the author of AFPUB-2010-v4-005-draft-03 review the 
comments that have been posted to the RPD mailing list and submit a 
revision of the proposal.
