Hello,
According to Section 5.3 of AFPUB-2010-GEN-005, a proposal goes
through a final review by initiating a Last Call that is at least two
weeks. The following procedure shall be used for the Last
Call. Please send comments to this mailing list if you would like
any changes to it.
(i) The Interim co-chairs post a message to the RPD mailing list
to initiate
the Last Call and request substantive comments. Please note that this
is not a vote on a proposal.
(ii) The Working Group comments on the proposal. Changes can be suggested.
(iii) The author is expected to address any comments raised during
the Last Call.
(iv) A final version of the proposal is submitted at the end of
the Last Call,
if necessary, to include changes that have gained consensus.
(v) The Interim co-chairs evaluate the feedback received during the Public
Policy Meeting and during the Last Call and decide whether
consensus has
been achieved.
(vi) The Interim co-chairs submit a report with a recommendation to the
AfriNIC Board of Directors for approval if the proposal has
the consensus
of the Policy Development Working Group.
Regards,
S. Moonesamy
