but not THIS RIR.  the legacy holder are by and large in the US and
EU.  Some of the legacy resources have already been returned to
AfriNIC (Well done TENET!).

The Fords and Halliburtons, et. al. are going to pay attention to ARIN
policy, as that is their HQ domicile and that is the Db where their
legacy resources "reside".
