I guess I am not convinced that we need a PI policy for v6, except
perhaps in the
corner case of IXP's.

For IXen I would give each one a /48 out of one reserved /32.

If we need a special "IPv6 Address Space Policy for Internet Exchange Points",
I would be happy to write one up.  afpol-v6200606 is too extensive IMHO.
I think it includes infra that is not "critical".
