hi,

Can someone  (jordi or others) explains to me what why should RIPE NCC actual 
IPV4 policy applied for AfriNIC region in the IPv6 IP assignement ?


"to qualify for a direct assignment, the organization must not be an IPv6 LIR 
and must qualify for an IPv4 assignment or allocation from RIPE NCC under the 
actual IPv4 policy"
