[AFRINIC Infrastructure Incident Announcements]

Dear all,

We had a brief database issue on our web site a short while ago. Service is already fully restored.

The AFRINIC web site, www.afrinic.net is already a multi-VM set up, which helped in allowing us to restart some affected processes and also limit the additional impact of that. However, as we still had a brief outage that was visible externally, we’re further evaluating the scalability of each instance itself.
