Hi All,

I am doing a preliminary review for now, and I have included my suggested
amendments below.

Modified text (Article 4.1(b)):

“Operational Independence: No government, intergovernmental body, or
private party may have undue Control or undue influence over the RIR or the
RIR Services it provides. ** The Governing Body shall not enter into any
agreement, arrangement, or informal practice that delegates or effectively
transfers governance or policy authority to any external party. All
recommendations from external parties shall be treated as non-binding, and
the RIR shall exercise independent judgment through its documented
governance and Policy Development Processes. ** ”

Transparency requirement
“All formal correspondence, agreements, or memoranda exchanged between the
RIR and any government, intergovernmental body, or regulatory authority
that pertain to governance, policy, or operational matters shall be
published promptly on the RIR’s website, except where publication would
violate applicable law.”
