[Icann-aswg] Fwd: [AfrICANN-44] Africa Strategic plan

I wonder if Pierre can replay to this mail and explain that we spend lot if
time on discussing and we are moving forward to be able to act and it was
an african decision last ICANN meeting.
We welcome his input to the strategy.
