Thanks for your feedback. 

The ASWG expected and anticipate that following normal procedure for working groups in ICANN that after the strategy report is submitted on September 30 to ICANN there shall be open forums and comment periods organized. In that context ICANN is free to schedule public sessions/panels at Toronto meeting as you decide and that will not directly be in the purview of ASWG

So, my suggestion on this is that you follow ICANN's wish but the ASWG will only have its inputs discussed at the retreat on 27-28 August before which it will be improper according to our procedures to make commitments

As you know the ASWG committed to present its recommended plan and all documentation to ICANN on September 30. Thereafter the process is owned by ICANN as a whole

On other issues, I have spoken to Palesa who is awaiting administrative approval and I am reaching out to Mouhamet to determine his readiness
