[IANAOversight] LACNIC's Multistakeholder Oversight Numbers Council - MONC

Hello all,

During the consultation that took place at LACNIC meeting, a new proposal come out to create a new supra-multistakholder body (‘Multistakeholder Oversight Numbers Council’ - MONC). The proposal document is Spanish only, but Pablo Hinojosa from APNIC provides a summary of this new proposal in a blog at:
