Note: your domain name server is not “ quantumgroupgh.com ”
It seems that those two name servers are serving quantumgroupgh.com
ns0.ukfast.net
support.ukfast.co.uk
They should be configured to serve your reverse DNS as well. You need to contact
their administrator.
*Once done, then you can input the entry on MyAFRINIC:
Reverse zone: 215.10.196.in-addr.arpa
Domain name servers: ns0.ukfast.net
support.ukfast.co.uk
*ONLY IF ns0.ukfast.net and support.ukfast.co.uk ARE SERVING YOUR REVERSE ENTRIES.

Hi Anthony,

196.10.215.0/24 prefix.
eg.
215.10.196.in-addr.arpa NS ns1.example.org
NS ns2.example.org
where those name servers would be the authoritative name servers of this reverse domain.
Then, on your side, you would be adding PTR records for mail.quantumgroupgh.com
10.215.10.196.in-addr.arpa PTR mail.quantumgroupgh.com
To add a reverse dns entry in MyAFRINIC, log in to https://my.afrinic.net- >Resources->Reverse Delegation->select prefix->click on + sign to add entry.
