[DBWG] Proposal request: Geofeed attribute - RFC 9632 (old RFC9092)

Dear AfriNIC team,

Since November this working group has requested staff to take this 
request as a work item.

Please confirm this is an active work item for AfriNIC staff.

Please also update as requested: "how this can be implemented, incl 
impact assessment"
