[DBWG] AfriNIC's RDAP Service and the IANA Bootstrap Registry

Dear DBWG,

...i see that all the other RIRs', and even
AfNIC's, RDAP [*] services are listed into the
  IANA registry [1,2] which lists RDAP's services.

Why the AfriNIC's RDAP [3] Service information are
  still missing out there?
