[DBWG] English variant for WG docs

Hi all,

I've written a little tool to check style and spelling for working group
docs, to keep the editorial workload to a minimum.

I need to choose an English dictionary variant to use.

Does this group prefer:

- en_US
- en_GB
- something else?

Fast responses greatly appreciated. I am writing several docs at the
moment, and it's going to create lots of extra work to switch down the
line.
