[Community-Discuss] Vote Buying FACTS

Hello Fellow members,

I have just received a letter from Lawyers of Cloud Innovation (as per the
letter), they expect us to reply in three days while there is no work
tomorrow and next 😭😭. I respect the law, I am a law-abiding citizen and
they will hear my reply in due course.

I would like to inform you that such acts are considered silly in my view
as usually people seeking justice rush to courts, not the people
whose staff are offering a bribe to vote for them. That is the first offer.
Then they said they will do investment in the company on yearly basis and
get a small share which I rejected, Just the right to vote and the money in
return. Read the Chat attached.

I hereby forward more chats with Ms. Vivien about our discussion on the
terms of payment to get my vote and other members that I will recruit for
them.
It is worth mentioning: apparently, the plan was to buy votes and guarantee
members, and then when they did not succeed with many or I hope any, they
added the term annual investment "according to the chat for the annual
investment", and then to make the malicious contract appear legal they
formed the share thing. In my case, we agreed and finalized only vote no
shares 50-50 payment and that is where we stopped.

shockingly some of them are carrying names of members here, but the emails
