I respectfully disagree.

The community and the people need to know if some certain specific parties are
using and/or possibly abusing the legal systems in various countries as a blunt
instrument to suppress any and all discussion of their real or imagined moral
failings, especially when any such failings may have, or may be having a direct
effect upon the community.

As one of our revered former Supreme Court justices here in the U.S. once famously
said "Sunshine is the best disinfectant."
