Indeed, public forums do allow for contradictory discussions. But if the
mailing lists moderators turn a blind eye to whatever personal attacks that
are constantly taking place, the individual offended still has the whole
right to deal with it however he would like.
if you insist that there was no act of defamation from your side, why and
on what base would the attorneys be able to issue such letter to you
specifically? They must have included proof from whatever posts/emails they
were referring to.
