Look here brother, AFRINIC resource members form part of the community.
They come from the wider community. They remain part of the internet
community and they are empowered as resources members to determine how
resources are used and that is why the section Paul is quoting in the
Bylaws exists in those Bylaws.

Resource members agreed to add that section in the Bylaws through special
resolutions.

This to me is an abuse and misuse of power.
