LoL… I do not know why you are surprised. This board that you favor so much has
put the organization in a terrible position. They have repeatedly violated their own
governing documents and the trust of both the community and their membership.

They have knowingly and deliberately violated a court order, including sending
a message to the Petitioner that stated their full and blatant intent to do so.

In light of all this, you remain surprised that a significant fraction of the membership
has lost faith and does not trust this board? I must ask you, how can you preserve
faith in such individuals? This is like a religious belief that is completely unwilling
to look at the plain facts.

Why are you so opposed to requests that the board explain themselves?
Why must you persistently attempt to silence any opposition?

A good functioning transparent organization doing the right thing welcomes such
scrutiny and has good answers for such questions without any difficulty and no
need for delay.

Indeed, even when we disagree, I get (mostly) straight answers from John Curran
about any such topic and while I don’t always agree with the decisions of the ARIN
board, I am at least able to understand how they regarded such decisions as being
in the best interests of the membership and/or the community as well as the
organization.

In the case of this boards actions, they refuse to explain themselves and they offer
no basis for such a belief. Such silence will only breed more suspicion and more
mistrust as time goes by.

Good luck preserving your faith. I personally can’t figure out how you do such a thing.
