Personalizing a discussion is a distraction from the gist of the matter.

If I understood correctly, you would like to granted access to all 
the objects, including deleted objects [1].  You asserted that there 
isn't any basis in law which prevents such access from being 
granted.  I suggest providing a rationale which is related to a data 
protection law.

objects are not queryable.
