[Community-Discuss] Misappropriation of IP addresses in the AFRINIC region

HI all,

I would like to think of this as a commendable step in the right direction
considering the reinforced internal and external processes that add
multiple layers of verification to IP allocation within the region.
However, I hope it prevents further occurrence of a similar situation.
