Dear colleagues,
You are invited to AFRINIC's database working group session scheduled to take place at the Africa Internet Summit (AIS) 2019 <https://www.internetsummit.africa/en/agenda/programme> in Kampala, Uganda. The half day session will be held in the Apollo Room, Sheraton Kampala Hotel, on 16th of June 2019 between 09:00 and 12:30.
There will be presentations and discussions on RPKI-IRR integration, WHOIS new features, RDAP among other topics.
The session agenda is detailed below:
-WHOIS new features and updates (20 Min)
-RPKI IRR integration (30 Min)
-RDAP (20 Min)
-Database business rules / policy compliance (20 Min)
Break
-Abuse contacts and IRT (20 Min)
-BCRYPT authentication and auto-protection of person and role objects (20 Min)
-Gather ideas of the community regarding improvements to current DB-related services (15 Min).
-Discuss choice of a community co-chair (15 Min)
