I agree need to impose some cost
$100  = about 50,000 in Central African Francs is bit high especially for
local


Question: Is AFRINIC meeting the way it is worth pay $100 for?

A choice may be to not provision any lunch during the meeting but still
leave it free. If  CEO can give us strategy to ran a meeting so it cost the
company nothing from budget, that will be ok too.
