[Community-Discuss] Filling of the casual vacancies

Dear AFRINIC community,

There are currently four casual vacancies in the AFRINIC Board.  The Board has the power, in terms of the Bylaws article 13.14, to fill the casual vacancies for a period until the next AGMM.

The Board intends to hold a 30-day call for expressions of interest from people who wish to be considered for appointment.  Subsequent to the end of the 30 day period, the Board will consider the expressions of interest and take appropriate action.
