Dear CEO,
Thank you for the report. It tells that the Board is taking prudent
steps to investigate the claims. Prudence also requires questioning the
fact that staff relies on community list to express views and concerns
about working conditions and rights. It COULD be the symptom of staff
feeling not heard or not trusting anymore Senior Leadership or something
else.
Looking at AfriNIC’s critical success factors (1): could you please let
us know since the board held several meetings, 1. if AfriNIC is planning
to investigate the root cause, identify potential risks of developing
signs of a negative work culture and manage them ? 2. if AfriNIC is
going to implement proper and proactive measures as whether or not the
claims are valid ? 3. if AfriNIC is going to publish and Equal
Opportunity Policy Statement as I read on the career page (2) "AFRINIC is committed to an open and transparent recruitment process and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer".
Thank you.
Regards.
