Dear Community
*PS: Writing in my personal capacity.*
1. Firstly, may I remind the community and membership that in Tunis in
2015, the same issues of violation of NDA sufficed and our board at the
time went ahead to ask the affected former board members to step down and
they both did. As such, I think "*No double standards*" should apply in the
situation of Mr.Folayani considering the fact that the former chairman has
openly admitted to having shared the sensitive information with a third
party whatever his intentions where moreover a staff who doesn't even seat
on the board. Like Andrew Alston has stated, *RULE ARE RULES* and they
should apply to everyone and Mr.Folayani is guilty as charged in this
regard with or without an investigation as he already admitted anyway.
2. On another note, since Mr.Folayani has since stepped down, do we have a
new chairman of the board from the team? Can the board update the
membership to this regard.
Cheers,
Noah
