[Community-Discuss] Progress Update - AFRINIC Strategy 2016 - 2020?

I reference your communication below:

September 2016, the Board published a “Strategy Document” at <

which was an extract from a Strategic Plan that the Board at that time
considered to be an internal document.

The Board has now decided to publish the full Strategic Plan for 2016 to
2020.  It is available at <
https://afrinic.net/images/Strategic-Plan-2016-2020-20180530.pdf>.

That document was done in 2016. We are 2018.
Can BoD and CEO give us progress the plan?


I belief that one of most important job of BoD = insure Strategy is being
follow.
I belief that IS CEO #1 job: actual implementation of Strategy and
communicate success in objective way.

I see no information on AFRINIC website that give me indication on state of
progress.

That to me is failure at both BoD and CEO level to do their job or of
communicate progress on the job.

When I hear all BoD candidate speak or campaign in Dakar, fact that no one
of them speak in terms of company strategy was disappointment.

Stop fight about election. Start doing the work and communicate progress
and how benefit is being made for member, community and Africa.
