Can I refer you to your last update from your meeting with ICANN board and the portion of building trust.

The wording of the email bellow goes counter to the efforts of building trust.

I urge the board uses the channels of COE, and Governance council to find a way to respond to those in the community seeking this information.

Please seek council and do not stand as an island.

The Board has confirmed from the auditors that the Management letter is not part of the Audit Report.

The cover note of the Management letter indeed has a part that reads ....

"This report is intended solely for the information and use of the audit
committee and is not intended to be and should not be used by anyone
other than these specified parties."

Because of this, we can't and should not share the management letter.

I hope this clears the matter.
