Do you have any evidence of this? When did the abuse happen? Who
abused the process? How was it abused? Be elaborate here with factual
data please.

Any system can have a loophole but the spirit is to fix them in good
faith and not infringe members rights. A member should have the right
to appoint a proxy of its choice. It does not matter who. This MUST be
changed in by-laws and corrected.
