[Community-Discuss] Accountability assessment - quorum

What ethical considerations Omo?

I’m confused here – what is not ethical about a person saying “Here is my proxy, I trust you to vote with it, either in a particular way, or because I trust your judgement”

What is not ethical about accepting to be a voice for someone who feels that they want to be heard and that is the method of being heard that they choose?

Please – explain this ethical dilemma to me – because I just don’t get it

Andrew

People are welcome to whom they trust. The interest is the integrity of the voting process and avoiding proxy abuse.

I am amazed at the apparent disregard of the ethical considerations by board members whether in personal capacity or not.
