[Community-Discuss] Legacy Resource Holders WHOIS... fees remits.

Very enlightening couple of responses.
@Mark and the rest of us that responded, thanks for the proper break down...

But now it gets me thinking...since Legacy Resource Holders have the
OPTION:-) of only becoming AFRINIC members 'voluntarily',how best would
AFRINIC as an entity encourage  Legacy Resource Holders  to actually become
members. I believe that AFRINIC is a very involved entity in taking
Africa...through the Internet to the next level...wouldn't it only be made
obvious that Legacy Resource Holder's involvement (as far as such fees are
concerned) even now would be such an amazing asset? Isn't there a way that
can be made obvious?
