I have no problem with Badeue being on the council of elders if the board chooses to do so. However, I do believe that there are perfectly valid reasons that they may choose not to. 

At the end of the day, I recognize that it is entirely up to the board and at their discretion. The bylaws do not require them to act on this at all or in a timely way. Their decision or lack there of is entirely at their discretion. 

Calling such a decision discrimination is no more rational than claiming that limiting RPD to those with email addresses is discrimination.
