Maybe it should be some else asking this but "realy " ???

To my understanding this was the reason of this being an SGMM. 

So why bother to have the meeting  if even after the extension community gave we do not have the documents ready. 

Is there something very wrong ???

Does board need to approve more staff to get things done ?

With the above the least we would expect is that board is ready to have this meeting but expecting people to invest and come and you have not valued our time by being ready.  To complete last years audit report. 

Again maybe I'm just too demanding
