 Kindly note that the notice was sent out within the specified period of 14 days. It was sent on the 19th of November, which is clearly 14 days relative to the day of the meeting, which is 3rd December 2015.
 

The email I sent this morning which I would like to presume prompted your email, qouted 12.2 (d)

My response to Andrew on the same should surfice to this issue. Did board not think that community needed the detail you remembered to share this morning. ???
