I am not sure where your number 3 is coming from. Worse that you are
quoting the bylaws.

Kindly note that the notice was sent out within the specified period of
14 days. It was sent on the 19th of November, which is clearly 14 days
relative to the day of the meeting, which is 3rd December 2015.
