[AFRINIC-announce] Venues and accommodation for AIS 2014

Dear Colleagues,


AFRINIC is pleased to announce the venues for the Africa Internet Summit (AIS) 2014 which will be held from 25 May to 6 June in Djibouti, Republic of Djibouti. 

The AIS Workshops will take place at the Palais du Peuple from 25 May to 2 June 2014 and the conference will be held at the Kempinski Hotel from 2 to 6 June.

The workshops will end early at 16:00 on Monday 2 June to enable AIS participants to attend the conference's opening ceremony which will take place at the Kempinski Hotel at 17:00.


Accommodation

The AIS Secretariat has negotiated special room rates for AIS participants at the meeting venue hotel and nearby hotels.

Please note that the number of rooms at the special room rate are limited so please be advised to book your room early.

AFRINIC a le plaisir d'annoncer les lieux pour la tenue de la conférence AIS (Africa Internet Summit) 2014 et les Ateliers de formation  qui se tiendront du 25 mai au 6 juin à Djibouti, République de Djibouti.

Les Ateliers AIS auront lieu au Palais du Peuple du 25 mai au 2 juin 2014 et la conférence se tiendra à l'hôtel Kempinski du 2 au 6 juin.

Les ateliers termineront à 16h00 le lundi 2 juin afin de permettre aux participants de l’AIS d’assister à la cérémonie d'ouverture de la conférence qui aura lieu à l'Hôtel Kempinski à 17h00.

Le Secrétariat AIS a négocié des tarifs préférentiels avec l’hôtel où se tiendra la conférence ainsi que dans les hôtels avoisinants pour les participants de l'AIS. Vous trouverez plus d’informations en ligne à https://www.internetsummitafrica.org/fr/practical-info/accomodation.

Merci de noter que le nombre de chambres au tarif spécial est limité, nous vous invitons ainsi à réserver votre hébergement tôt.
