AfriNIC is pleased to inform you that the new Registration Services Agreement (RSA)has been implemented and  is available at (http://www.afrinic.net/docs/RSA_201106.pdf) and on MyAfriNIC.

It  will be effective after a period of 30 days of its publication on AfriNIC's website, i.e. from the 15th July 2011 and supersede the old RSA. The new RSA is the result of a process which has involved 
a 30 days comment period, followed by presentation and discussions at AfriNIC 12 public policy meeting.
