in reality, yes the /32 has enough IP addresses even for a continent, but
the fee for requiring more looks unrealistic. i would like to know why it
costs 6 times more!

for me this is fine because i think an ISP already having IPv4 addresses
doesn not have tpo pay any extra to get IPv6 addresses. (unless i am not
undrstanding it well)
