To the AFRINIC Administrators

The Bogon Team needs a link to you allocation page
(http://www.cymru.com/Bogons/index.html or
http://www.cymru.com/BGP/bogon-rs.html). Now that you have 41/8, SPs
need to change their filters to allow forwarding. Part of that
process is to check the allocation status.

I looked around the web site and found nothing. So for now, we're
using the allocation policy document with a strict mode range of  /8
- -> /22
(http://www.afrinic.net/docs/policies/afpol-v4200407-000.htm#8).

For everyone else, please be aware that allocation does not equal
global forwarding. It will take a while to get the prefix filters
around the world updated. When you do get a 41/8 allocation and run
into a funky forwarding issue, the first thing you check are the
prefix filters.
